TAMPA — The Tampa Bay Buccaneers re-signed cornerback Ramon Parodie and waived cornerback Kemon Hall on Monday, the second consecutive day the team has shuffled its secondary on the 91-man training camp roster ahead of a planned flight to New Jersey.
Parodie, a Fort Lauderdale native who played his college ball at Ohio, returns to Tampa after a productive 2025 preseason in which he appeared in two of the team’s three exhibition games, recording five tackles and a 39-yard interception return for a touchdown against the Tennessee Titans. He was originally signed on May 9 of 2025 as an undrafted free agent and was waived in the final roster cutdown before the regular season.
Hall had signed with the Buccaneers on April 10. He brings 28 regular-season games of NFL experience across stints with the Titans, Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Chargers.
The move follows a similar transaction a day earlier, when Tampa Bay signed safety Xavier Williams and waived cornerback Chase Lucas. The back-to-back roster swaps suggest the coaching staff is still evaluating depth options in the secondary as the preseason schedule approaches.
Parodie’s return gives the Bucs a young corner with demonstrated playmaking ability in their system. The team is scheduled to continue training camp preparations in New Jersey this week.
