ORLANDO — Antoine Griezmann will make his first home start at Inter.co Stadium tonight as Orlando City hosts top-of-the-table Nashville SC at 7:30 p.m. ET, the club’s first match at home since May 19.
The Lions enter riding momentum from a 4-0 win over the San Jose Earthquakes in California, but head coach Oscar Pareja’s lineup features two changes from that match. Luís Otávio steps into the midfield for Eduard Atuesta, who is suspended, while Homegrown defender Bernardo Rhein, who officially signed his contract earlier in the day, earns his first MLS start at left back in place of Adrián Marín.
Rhein’s promotion is the more consequential roster move for the club’s long-term depth chart. The young defender slots into a back line alongside captain Robin Jansson, David Brekalo and Griffin Dorsey, with Maxime Crépeau in goal.
The full starting XI reads: Crépeau; Dorsey, Brekalo, Jansson, Rhein; Iván Angulo, Braian Ojeda, Luís Otávio, Tiago; Griezmann, Justin Ellis.
Orlando City’s bench includes Marín, Gustavo Caraballo, Wilder Cartagena, Iago, Javier Otero, Tahir Reid-Brown, Harvey Sarajian, Tyrese Spicer and Zakaria Taifi — giving Pareja attacking and midfield options if the match requires adjustments against a Nashville side sitting atop the standings.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET at Inter.co Stadium in Orlando.
