Orlando surges to 91°F on Sunday before dropping to 81°F by Monday as winds increase to 19 mph with gusts reaching 26 mph. Jacksonville falls from 88°F Sunday to 76°F Monday as gusts hit 22 mph. Tampa cools from 84°F Sunday to 79°F Monday, with Monday gusts spiking to 27 mph.
