OCALA — Two Marion County men have pleaded guilty to federal charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine after an undercover operation netted approximately 438 grams of the drug, U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announced.

Reshawn Graham, 36, of Ocala, faces a minimum penalty of 15 years up to life in federal prison. Tyrone Pierson, 29, also of Ocala, faces a minimum of 10 years up to life. Both men were arrested after negotiating the sale of a pound of methamphetamine to an undercover law enforcement officer.

According to plea documents, Graham contacted the undercover officer on Oct. 7, 2025, to arrange the purchase. Pierson met with the officer later that day and said the drug supply had been delayed. Graham reached out again the following day to confirm Pierson had the methamphetamine. Law enforcement arrested both men at a predetermined meeting location, where Pierson was wearing a bag containing approximately 438 grams of methamphetamine.

The Drug Enforcement Administration investigated the case, which is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Sarah Janette Swartzberg in the Middle District of Florida. The case falls under Operation Take Back America, a nationwide Department of Justice initiative aimed at eliminating cartels and transnational criminal organizations and protecting communities from violent crime.

Pierson’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 21, 2026. Graham’s sentencing hearing is set for June 25, 2026.
