Suárez opened the scoring with a banger in the 16th minute, a strike that cemented his place in the MLS record books alongside only four other players to hit that combined production threshold across three consecutive campaigns. He then provided a precise cross for Noah Allen to equalize right before the half in the fifth minute of stoppage time, keeping Inter Miami’s unbeaten run intact.
That run now stands at seven matches this regular season. Suárez has tallied 10 goals and six assists in 14 regular season appearances in 2026, with a notable seven goals in the past four games — a stretch that has coincided with his four straight Team of the Matchday selections.
The matchday 19 honor is the Uruguayan striker’s fourth of the 2026 campaign. His current pace — roughly a goal contribution per game — places him among the most productive forwards in the league this season and extends a level of consistency rare for any player in MLS, let alone one in his third year with the club.
