The Collier Cos. held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Verve Luxury Apartment Homes at 27745 Chestnut Lake Blvd. in Wesley Chapel, marking the opening of a 360-unit luxury apartment complex in Pasco County. The Gainesville-based developer celebrated the completion of the project, which began construction in the fourth quarter of 2024. The complex features six four-story buildings with 678 parking spaces and 30 private garages available for residents.

“Verve demonstrates our continued commitment to creating exceptional communities that elevate the standard of living while fostering meaningful connection,” said Jennifer Clince, president and CEO of Collier Cos. Floor plans range from $1,596 monthly for a 631-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment to $2,879 monthly for a 1,410-square-foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. Each apartment features open layouts with high ceilings, quartz countertops, chef-inspired kitchens, luxury vinyl plank flooring and integrated smart home technology.

The complex offers distinctive amenities including a zero-entry saltwater pool designed with a gentle sloped entrance that mimics a natural beach. Resort-style pool cabanas and a poolside pavilion with chef’s island, flat screen TV and grilling stations surround the pool area. Residents have access to a state-of-the-art fitness studio with interactive spin bikes, a professional-grade pickleball court, and a golf and multi-sport simulator.

Additional amenities include co-working lounges with an executive conference room, a social lounge with billiards and skee-ball, and a dedicated podcast recording studio. The community features a pet spa and two dog parks with designated areas for large and small breeds. Traditional amenities include an outdoor children’s playground, climate-controlled storage units, indoor bike storage, and charging stations for electric vehicles.

Cormia Design Group designed the complex with Kimley-Horn serving as the civil engineer and Beasley & Henley as the interior designer. The development is located minutes away from The Shops at Wiregrass, Tampa Premium Outlets and Interstate 75 in a rapidly growing corner of Pasco County. Wesley Chapel’s history dates to the mid-1800s when the area supported lumber and turpentine production, and the community is now strategically positioned within 20 minutes or 12.5 miles from Saint Leo University.

Verve represents the eighth complex to open under Collier Companies’ 2X Initiative, which aims to double the company’s size over the next decade. With more than 13,000 apartments under management, Collier develops, owns and manages multifamily properties in Florida and Georgia as it expands across the southeast. The company’s long-term vision focuses on delivering thoughtfully-designed communities in high-growth markets across the Southeast region.
