NHC: Gulf Depression Nine Forecast to Hit U.S. Coast Friday as Hurricane

Tropical Depression Nine formed Tuesday over the Gulf of America and is forecast to strengthen into a hurricane by Thursday before striking the northern Gulf Coast Friday.
